We communicated online and even with the time difference they were very responsive to my questions. They offered great itinerary suggestions as well as tour/activity options that I could choose from which included prices and made it really easy to make a decision. They also arranged transfers to and from the airport so I didn't have to worry about anything once I landed in Vietnam. I would highly recommend using them to plan a trip to the region. It is great to work with a local company that are experts in their location."
